Privacy notice

How this website collects and handles information.

Draft — legal review required

This notice is a working draft. Legal entity details, jurisdiction, data retention schedules, and subprocessors should be confirmed with qualified counsel before relying on this page publicly.

What this site collects

When you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you provide (such as name, organization, email, optional phone, project description, and optional budget or timing notes). Submissions are stored in the Figg Payload CMS database as inquiry records.

Email notifications

If configured, new inquiries may trigger an email notification to Figg staff using SMTP settings in the deployment environment. Email delivery depends on those settings being present and is optional.

Media & file storage

CMS media uploads may be stored on the application server or, when configured, in compatible object storage (for example S3-compatible / R2). Storage location depends on deployment configuration.

Analytics

This site does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Your choices

To ask about an inquiry you submitted or to request correction or deletion, contact us through the contact form and describe your request. We will respond as promptly as practical.

Missing information

Official legal entity name, registered address, privacy contact, and region-specific rights (for example GDPR or CCPA) are not yet listed here and must be added after legal review.
